Skagit Valley College began its Craft Brewing Academy in 2016 with a staff of Regional brewing professionals that teach our students brewing science in a practical hands on one-year academy that takes them from Grain to Glass. We strive to be part of the community. As natural gathering place (beer and pizza), local folks appreciate supporting their neighbors. We get this and do what we can to utilize local (anything) to keep local local. We are fortunate to live in an agricultural area where sourcing local isn't difficult. We love our neighbors and intentionally support our community at District Brewing.

We built our brewery here in Skagit Valley specifically to utilize the locally grown Skagit valley grain as the primary ingredient in our beers. Most are made with 100% Skagit valley grain that is malted locally at Skagit Valley Malting. this provides us with some of the highest quality grain available without the carbon footprint and cost to ship from other parts of the country.

Our mission at Garden Path Fermentation is to create fermented beverages that speak to the place they're made. We moved to the Skagit Valley because its climate and abundance of local farms allow us to source 99% of our ingredients--save some of our hops--from our own backyard. We've never purchased malt from anywhere besides Skagit Valley Malting; we've never purchased commercial yeast but instead use a culture of yeast native to the Valley; and we have used every hop grown commercially in Skagit since we opened. Our products present a sense of time and place that is unique to Skagit.

La Conner Brewing Company is a family owned and operated brewpub located in the historic waterfront village of La Conner, Washington. We opened our doors in 1995 and have become a destination for both locals and tourists. Our restaurant features wood-fired pizzas & other fresh local pub fare served with our small batch, hand-crafted beers.

The Rockfish Grill serves Northwest food using fresh local ingredients. You’ll find a great variety on our menu including many seafood options, signature sandwiches and burgers, creative entrees, gluten free choices, and of course, our legendary wood-fired pizzas. Enjoy indoor dining or sit under the big top in our large covered and heated outdoor beer garden!



We proudly pour craft beers made right next door at the Anacortes Brewery brewing over thirty styles annually. We also offer an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails prepared at our full bar.

We are family owned small batch brewery located in downtown Mount Vernon. We started our careers as doctorates of pharmacy and had a dream to take that knowledge of chemistry and turn it into local craft beer. Brewing is our passion, and we love designing new beers to include many local sourced ingredients. Our brewery operation is in the middle of our dining area, so the process can be completely shared with our visitors. Also, the small size of our system allows us to have so much fun being creative with unique small batch recipes. We are committed to formulating beers that meet the highest quality standards.
